【Terms and Conditions for Booking Party Room or Venue】- Please read carefully

• If force majeure occurs on the registration day, such as Typhoon Signal No. 1, No. 3 or Yellow Rainstorm Signal is issued two hours before the activity on the day, the relevant activity arrangements will proceed as usual.
• If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, red rain or black rainstorm warning is issued two hours before the event on the registration day, all events will be cancelled. Customers can arrange to change to another date of equal value within 60 days, but must do so within 7 days Contact the registration desk to change your check-in date.
• The maximum number of people in Special Woodhouse party room is 20 people. Please do not exceed the number of people, otherwise the camp reserves the right to terminate the guests' activities.
• Pets are not allowed in the Deluxe Party Room, and the maximum number of guests is 30.
• Since this camp is located in the suburbs of the New Territories, guests are asked to bring their own medications.
• For public and personal safety, smoking and cooking indoors are prohibited.
• Durians, large and small fireworks, and firecrackers are strictly prohibited from being brought into the camp and set off.
• Pets can only enter the Special Woodhouse party room, and pets are not allowed in the Delux club-style party room.
• If anyone is found, the campground reserves the right to terminate the guest's activity and not refund the guest. Please abide by the campground rules.
• After the party, guests are required to do basic cleanup and all garbage must be placed in the trash can.
• The camp provides free kitchen utensils or tableware for guests to borrow, and guests must clean them before leaving the site.
• If guests cause damage to the venue and make it excessively dirty, the campground will deduct the deposit for maintenance and cleaning costs.

1. Instructions and details for changing reservations:   

• 30 days before camp start time:Customers can change the order date once, and the handling fee for each order is $300. It is valid for other dates of equal value within 90 days, and no difference will be refunded. 

• Less than 30 days before camp entry:Order cannot be changed 

2. Instructions and details for cancellation of reservation:  

• 30 days before camp start time:50% of the total cost of the customer's order will be deducted and the remaining cost will be refunded.  
• Less than 30 days before camp entry:Order cannot be changed 

 
【Bad weather arrangements】
